Truly enjoyed our stay here.

It was reasonably priced. The location was perfectly comfortable, close enough to sherbourne park, bar/eating areas, and Warwick and Leamington Spa, in a pretty area. The offered breakfast was plentiful with freshly cooked food.

The English breakfast is warm with rubber fried eggs and options to suit all tastes. The employees are so caring and especially helpful.

We booked a nice size and themed room in very helpful very clean bedrooms and could use wake-up service, available in it. Our accommodation was set in a central location near to the parish church, a pub up the road, and Stratford-upon-Avon and Warwick.

The rooms are nicely decorated and well-kept and have nice views of the gardens or courtyard. Its location is peaceful, near the center of Warwick, and both the restaurant and the bar.

It had quiet and perfect location, short walk to both pubs in the village of Barford, Warwick Castle and the RSC in Stratford and the gardens. The so caring and helpful staff members in customer service and the booking and payment procedures provided a few recommendations. The breakfast was well-stocked and nice hot and well presented with mushrooms, black pudding and rubber fried eggs.

The place was tidy and lovely small, had competent staff in customer service and the booking and payment procedures. Rooms with a window so high up had a family atmosphere. Well-stocked and warm breakfast with freshly cooked food was available.

The property is high quality, it has fairly friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff from reception to management. For sure I would love to return.

By and large, it was cosy base for sightseeing in Barford, had much fun and met so caring and helpful staff in customer service and the booking and payment procedures. The location was peaceful and perfect because it was not far from Warwick Castle and the RSC in Stratford, a taxi, and both pubs in the village of Barford bothofwhich had good food at great prices.

A good value for money room provided with TV, bathrooms, for instance. The breakfast with freshly cooked food. Historic and ideal location in a very pleasant area near a castle and a church.

The accommodation was wonderful relaxing with really friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff. The room was brand-new with comfy beds, all those devices plus large bathroom, and reasonably priced.

The location for Barford was great and gorgeous, just off Stratford's Victorian Christmas Market, and a pub up the road for food. The rooms were absolutely stunning with good facilities, everything was great. Very good staff as I wanted.

The staff were overwhelmed, didn't expect that coming.

The restaurant here was nice with very good food, we both ordered amazing dishes. The bedroom was quiet and had a lovely view of the garden.

The rooms are bright and immaculate, equipped with a TV set and tea, coffee. Have to say I really enjoyed very tasty breakfast. Courteous and polite stuff as one would expect.
